Founding Partner
Jeff Aidikoff is a founding partner of Bedsore.Law, a national nursing home abuse and neglect law firm. He has dedicated his career to fighting for the rights of vulnerable individuals and has a particular passion for representing victims of bedsores and nursing home abuse.
Jeff has over a decade of experience in the legal field and has a proven track record of success in nursing home abuse and neglect cases. He has recovered millions of dollars in compensation for his clients and has been recognized as one of the top attorneys in his field.
In addition to his legal work, Jeff is actively involved in the community and is a strong advocate for the rights of older adults. He frequently speaks at conferences and events on the topic of nursing home abuse and neglect and is a regular contributor to legal publications.
Jeff received his law degree from Southwestern Law School and is licensed to practice in California. He is a member of several professional legal organizations, including the American Association for Justice and the National Trial Lawyers.
When he’s not fighting for the rights of his clients, Jeff enjoys traveling, hiking and spending time with his friends, family and most important, his pooch Sophia.
Jeff formed Bedsore.Law with Ernest Tosh because each recognized a need to provide specialized representation to nursing home residents who suffered from dangerous and painful bedsores. The firm is also focused on educating the public about the danger bedsores pose to infirm and elderly nursing home residents across the United States.
Jeff runs the firm’s operations, intake and marketing departments.

Board of Directors & Committees
From 2015 to 2019, Jeff served on the Board of Directors for the Exceptional Children’s Foundation (ECF), the only nonprofit in California that provides a lifetime continuum of services for disabled children, adults and seniors. In 2017, he was elected to serve as Vice Treasurer, Secretary and Chairman of the Development Committee for ECF.
From 2017 to 2019, Jeff served on the Board of Directors for the Los Angeles Trial Lawyers’ Charities (LATLC), whose primary purpose is to make a positive difference in the quality of life for people within the greater Los Angeles area, focusing on issues related to education, children, survivors of abuse, persons with disabilities, and homelessness, by providing financial assistance to disadvantaged persons and groups in the greater Los Angeles area.
In 2022, Jeff was selected to serve on the Media Relations Committee for the Nursing Home Litigation Section of the American Association for Justice.
